The chief minister stated to reporters in Quetta on Wednesday that the Reko Diq project will bring prosperity to the province.
It is important to note that the planned Reko Diq mine is in the Chagai district of Balochistan, close to the town of Reko Diq.
Mr. Bizenjo claimed that the Reko Diq project will generate between Rs250 and 300 billion annually and that an $8 billion agreement may have never been signed in Pakistan’s history.
He said, “Nawab Aslam Raisani deserves credit for the provincial government’s success in the Reko Diq deal.”
Bizenjo stated earlier that numerous additional projects are also in the works following the Reko Diq agreement with the Canadian Barrick Gold Corporation.
He added that numerous businesses were prepared to make investments in the province’s mineral and other sectors.
Additionally, he asserted that the Reko Diq project, which was anticipated to generate Rs300 billion annually, will assist the province in meeting its development and financial needs.
Improvements to police resources He added that Balochistan is a backward province that receives very little of the NFC Award despite protecting Pakistan as a whole.
Security will not be compromised in any way. He added, “We are doing everything in our power to improve the police.”
An explosion occurred in Quetta on Kashmir Day, the same day that an exhibition match of the Pakistan Super League was being played.
He questioned whether Pakistan’s neighbor would observe Kashmir Day peacefully.
