Islamabad: caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar has been summoned by the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on November 29 to appear in person in a case involving missing Baloch students.
The court also ordered the government to present 55 missing students in accordance with the recommendations of the Baloch Enforced Disappearances Commission.
The court orders announced today during the hearing on the implementation of the recommendations of the said commission came to light when the government failed to recover the missing students.
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Additional Attorney General has requested the court not to summon the Prime Minister and the Ministers.
