Sources claim that the PML-Q has expressed an interest in joining forces with the PTI, but only if seat adjustments are made.

The chief minister of Punjab has also requested a written agreement with PTI leader Imran Khan regarding the seat adjustment.

Senior PTI leaders, on the other hand, have expressed opposition to Elahi’s demands for half of the seats in the aforementioned divisions.

Elahi has stated that the PML-Q will not join the PTI without significant political gain.
